My approach

As a movement and health coach, I guide adults to reclaim their health, and establish confidence and trust in their bodies.

My approach is person-centred; you are actively involved in the entire coaching process, and your input and feedback is valued and prioritized. I view the body in a holistic manner, and will dig deep to see the big picture. I strive to maintain a trauma-informed practice, thus it is important to maintain awareness of safety and allow space for choice.
